Rinse, wash, repeat… this time using tables.

Create, in Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks (with whatever you are most comfortable), a 3 page comp for a website that you will build using tables. The three pages will be a front page and two interior pages. Feel free to build it out using the same Photoshop comps that you created the week before.

You’ll find that this is much easier. It’s a purist’s apostasy, combining tables and CSS, but it’s the easiest way to comprehend the power of the two by doing it this way…

Have fun. Once you get the basics down, feel free to personalize it. AND when you create multiple pages, don’t retype the style sheet. Instead, copy and paste it from the first page and create your own separate style sheet.
